When I came for a two week vocation, I paid for 2 meals a day, an inside, an outside pool and a gim. But after 5 days the hotel announced that the inside pool would be closed for 4 days!! I cant sweam in the outside pool because of the sun, the playing kids, and in the ivening its just cold!!!! many people were very upset and shocked as well. moreover, after 5 days the pool was still closed!!! when I tried to talk to the hotel management they didnt pay attention till I told them I was a journalist! Then the marketing manager came and told me that there is no water to fill it. So I asked what about compinsation, as I've paid for 2 pools. She simply told me to go to the outside pool and that she didnt promise 2 pools to anyone!! A hell of marketing that is!! A terrible hotel, i wouldnt send a prisoner for a vacation over there

Good hotel, rooms reasonable and fine swimming pools. The food included in the basic room rate was limited in choice but good and the evening meal was included too, (you good pay extra for other food if you wished) A couple of the staff spoke some English and helped us with out onward travel arrangements which we appreciated.

stuff by reception desk very slow .no one knows what to do they have to check with superiors.like old times.viva tudor!
