Nebet Tepe hill archeological Roman fortress complex in ancient town Plovdiv
It has been proven that this is the ancient Thracian city of Evmolpia. At that location were also found some of the main components of the settlements characteristic of this period - strong fortress walls surrounding a sanctuary and an aristocratic palace. Another very interesting place to be seen is a rectangular reservoir with an unusual size, which has a vault arch coverage and a capacity of 300 thousand liters.
