hotel bulgaria is perfectly located in the pedestrian zone of plovdiv, around 10mins. walk to the old town and 5mins. to the train station. the hall is very imposing, much more than the rest of the hotel, although rather tasteless with incoherent furniture ...

The hotel is dead center which means that you do need to keep your windows closed for it to be quiet but that doesn't matter as there is enough heat/cold to regulate the room.
